This was made as a gift for a friends wedding. ‘R’ and ‘J’ being the initials of the Groom and Bride. Mounted on a wooden base with the wedding date burned in and the whole thing lacquered and varnished with felt pads on the base so it can be displayed indoors without fear of marking surfaces or the finish fading or dulling over the years.
